Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field preferred. Experience may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in lieu of a degree.
Must have experience working with the substance abuse population, such as detox and chemical dependency.
A valid driver’s license is required.
Must be at least 21 years of age or older and able to pass a drug screen and background check

Nice To Haves

Marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred.
(3) years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with the Director of Community/Business Development to represent AGBH within the community
Implement the facility’s strategic plan and enhancing the facility’s brand/image
Effectively manage their assigned territory and accounts
Develop relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for Referral Sources
Drive internal organizational change by utilizing external customer feedback to continuously improve customer service
Monitor, analyze and forecast health trends and indicators in the service area to maximize marketing efforts
Educate community on mental health awareness and best practices
Bring creative and unique problem solving capabilities to the department and organization
