About The Position

Severe mental illness affects over 15 million adults in the United States, and the existing healthcare system has systematically failed to build adequate solutions. Amae Health, a Series B, venture-backed Public Benefit Corporation, is dedicated to solving this frontier problem by developing new science, care, and technology. They deliver specialty outpatient care for people with severe mental illness through high-acuity, in-person clinics nationwide, integrating psychiatry, therapy, primary care, dietitians, and community support. Amae Health also builds proprietary clinical protocols, novel measurement, and an AI-driven data platform designed specifically for severe mental illness. The impact of their work includes fewer hospitalizations, greater stability, and more people living meaningful lives in their communities. The team consists of clinicians, operators, technologists, and scientists who are committed to redefining the system for better patient outcomes.
