About The Position

The Community Liaison represents High Focus Treatment Centers, a leading provider of mental health and substance use services, specializing in intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP) programs for adults and adolescents. This role builds awareness, fosters relationships with community partners, and drives referrals to ensure timely access to care for those in need. Requirements

  • Previous experience in healthcare relationship management, marketing, or community liaison roles.
  • A strong understanding of mental health and substance use.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting in-service workshops or educational presentations for clinical professionals.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, which are crucial for building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, develop strategic plans, and implement marketing campaigns effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • A Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) in a relevant field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of behavioral health professionals to support the growth and success of our organization.
  • Plan, create, and present engaging in-service workshops to educate clinical professionals on our services and offerings.
  • Expand and diversify the High Focus referral base through strategic networking and relationship-building activities.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team, both internally and externally, to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain regular communication to enhance the overall experience and outcomes for clients and their families.
