The Community Liaison-Homeless Population builds and supports relationships that assist persons living in homelessness to access needed services and resources. Working in collaboration with partner organizations this position will help facilitate linkage and system navigation to healthcare services. This position will also help build a system of care between healthcare, housing and homeless service systems by addressing system and service gaps. Position will assist with program development, consultation, resource management, and coordination of other services and agencies to best meet the needs of the persons served. This position is a provisional appointment that is tied to recurring funding. The extension of the position past June 2027 is dependent on ongoing funding. This is a full-time hybrid opportunity. There is no expectation of coming into the office routinely, however, the selected candidate must be available to report onsite to the Alliance Office for business meetings as needed and will be required to travel weekly throughout Wake County community 2-4 days per week to meet with members and providers.
