Village Park Apartments is seeking a Community Leasing Professional. This role is an opportunity to build a career in property management with Gaines Investment Trust (GIT). Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting prospective residents, visitors, and callers in a professional and welcoming manner
• Conducting apartment tours and showcasing community amenities and available homes
• Building relationships with prospective residents and following up on their interest
• Assisting with the leasing process and preparing lease documentation
• Maintaining accurate resident and prospect information
• Providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents
• Supporting the onsite team in maintaining a welcoming, organized, and professional community
• Managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
