About The Position
Gaines Investment Trust is seeking individuals interested in a career in property management for Leasing Professional opportunities at Villas at Katy Trail Apartments. This role is often the first point of contact for prospective residents, playing a crucial part in creating a positive first impression and ensuring an exceptional experience for both potential and current residents. While previous property management experience is not required, the company values transferable skills from customer service, retail, hospitality, and sales backgrounds. Qualified candidates will be contacted by the Talent Acquisition team as opportunities arise.

Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting prospective residents, visitors, and callers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Conducting apartment tours and showcasing community amenities and available homes
- Building relationships with prospective residents and following up on their interest
- Assisting with the leasing process and preparing lease documentation
- Maintaining accurate resident and prospect information
- Providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents
- Supporting the onsite team in maintaining a welcoming, organized, and professional community
- Managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
