About The Position
Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a Leasing Professional for Greyson’s Gate Apartments. This role is ideal for individuals interested in a career in property management, even those new to the field. Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, and other people-focused experience can provide a great foundation. The Talent Acquisition team may reach out to qualified candidates as opportunities become available. Leasing Professionals are the first point of contact for prospective residents, responsible for creating a positive first impression and delivering an exceptional experience. This is a full-time position with a schedule that includes every Saturday and potential Sunday availability.
Requirements

- Previous property management experience

Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting prospective residents, visitors, and callers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Conducting apartment tours and showcasing community amenities and available homes
- Building relationships with prospective residents and following up on their interest
- Assisting with the leasing process and preparing lease documentation
- Maintaining accurate resident and prospect information
- Providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents
- Supporting the onsite team in maintaining a welcoming, organized, and professional community
- Managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
