About The Position
Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a Leasing Professional for Sonoma Grande Apartments. This role is ideal for individuals interested in a career in property management, even those new to the field. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is considered a strong foundation. The Leasing Professional is often the first point of contact for prospective residents, responsible for creating a positive first impression and delivering an exceptional experience. As opportunities arise, qualified candidates will be contacted by the Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting prospective residents, visitors, and callers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Conducting apartment tours and showcasing community amenities and available homes
- Building relationships with prospective residents and following up on their interest
- Assisting with the leasing process and preparing lease documentation
- Maintaining accurate resident and prospect information
- Providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents
- Supporting the onsite team in maintaining a welcoming, organized, and professional community
- Managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
