About The Position

Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a Leasing Professional for Silverado Apartments. This role is ideal for individuals interested in a career in property management, whether they are familiar with the community, live nearby, or are interested in joining the Gaines Investment Trust team. The Leasing Professional is often the first point of contact for prospective residents, responsible for creating a positive first impression, supporting the leasing process, and providing excellent service to both prospective and current residents. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents, visitors, and callers
• Conduct apartment tours and showcase available homes and community amenities
• Build relationships with prospects and follow up on their interest
• Assist with applications, lease documentation, and the leasing process
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident information
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents
• Support the onsite team in maintaining a welcoming and professional community
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
