Community Leasing Associate
About The Position
As a Community Leasing Associate, you’ll be the face of Fairfield for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and creating exceptional living experiences. This role combines sales, customer service, and marketing to help our communities thrive. The Community Leasing Associate is responsible for serving as the first point of contact for prospects and residents, driving the leasing process and closing deals, and delivering outstanding service to exceed expectations. This role also involves managing lease files, maintaining accurate records, and utilizing Yardi software for leasing processes. Additionally, the associate will update social media and assist with advertising, while staying informed about local market trends.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail required.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.
Nice To Haves
- Leasing or real estate experience preferred.
- Experience using Yardi or similar property management software a plus.
