About The Position

CLV Group is seeking ambitious and curious recent graduates to join their New Graduate Real Estate Foundations Program as a Community Leasing Agent. This is a full-time, permanent, and fully in-person role based in St. Catharine's. The program is designed to provide hands-on experience and a strong foundation in the real estate business, serving as a launchpad for a long-term career. The initial role focuses on the leasing team, where you will gain insight into the resident journey, market behavior, and operational performance. This role offers direct exposure to the financial and operational aspects of real estate, connecting front-line activity to revenue performance, forecasting, and investment planning. It also aims to strengthen broader business capabilities through collaboration with marketing, monitoring market trends, supporting reporting, and understanding the legal framework of residential leasing. Future career progression opportunities may include Property Management and Operations, Finance and Real Estate Strategy, Accounting, Marketing, and Leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to leasing inquiries across phone, email, web, and in person channels with professionalism and urgency.
  • Build meaningful rapport with prospective residents, understand their needs, and recommend options from CLV’s diverse portfolio.
  • Conduct engaging in person and virtual tours that reflect strong product knowledge and genuine enthusiasm.
  • Guide future residents through the full leasing process, from first interaction to move in.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and property management systems while collaborating closely with Operations and Leasing Coordinators.
  • Study our communities, competitors, and resident trends to understand what drives demand and differentiates CLV in the Canadian market.
  • See how pricing, positioning, and service influence performance, and how local insights inform broader organizational strategy.
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure listings and promotional materials remain current and aligned with our brand.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide timely insights.
  • Support leasing performance reporting and data analysis.
  • Gain exposure to the legal and regulatory framework that governs residential leasing in Canada.
