About The Position

At JETSET Pilates, we believe community starts long before someone walks through our doors. The Community Lead is responsible for introducing JETSET to new markets, building meaningful local relationships, and creating experiences that inspire people to become part of our community. Working alongside the General Manager, this role is the driving force behind local partnerships, community events, social media, and member engagement. From helping launch a brand-new studio to supporting its long-term growth, the Community Lead plays a key role in building awareness, generating leads, and creating an exceptional member experience. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who loves meeting people, thrives in the community, and is excited by the idea of helping build something from the ground up.

Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality, fitness, retail, events, marketing, or community engagement.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A passion for health, wellness, and boutique fitness.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as JETSET's ambassador throughout the community by building relationships with local businesses, wellness partners, run clubs, apartment communities, and corporate organizations.
  • Plan and execute community activations, pop-ups, and tabling events.
  • Support JETSET On The Mat community classes and create memorable guest experiences.
  • Capture leads and help build a strong founding member community.
  • Create engaging local social media content alongside the marketing team.
  • Generate excitement and awareness leading into opening day.
  • Continue to build partnerships that drive referrals and new memberships.
  • Support local events and ongoing community engagement.
  • Partner with the General Manager to drive membership growth and studio goals.
  • Follow up with prospective members and support lead conversion.
  • Deliver an exceptional member experience during in-studio shifts.
  • Support front desk operations while helping create a welcoming, elevated studio environment.
