We’re hiring an Intern – a paid internship designed to provide hands-on experience in senior living with a focus on [memory care, hospice, or operations]. This role blends real-world exposure, and mentorship to learn about daily operations, work alongside team members, and develop valuable career skills. Requirements

• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with associates and leadership
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Comfortable working in an environment with pets
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced healthcare setting

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects
• Support various departments as needed
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
• Learn about business operations and organizational processes
• Complete administrative and project-based assignments
• Collaborate with team members and leadership
