About The Position

As a full-time Community Inclusion Specialist with Community Interface Services, you'll have the opportunity to utilize your skills and passion to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving their goals and integrating into their local community. This position earns a starting range of $23-25 per hour, with a flexible schedule Monday through Friday. Requirements

Exceptional customer service skills
Resourcefulness
Teaching skills
A car in safe working order
Vehicle insurance
A valid CA driver's license
At least 2 years of driving experience
A high school diploma

Nice To Haves

A bachelor's degree
Experience with the I/DD community

Responsibilities

Work closely with a variety of people who are eager to integrate into their community and explore their careers.
Work one-on-one with individuals with disabilities who have their own unique goals and aspirations.
Support individuals in building their skills in the workplace.
Support individuals in discovering social or recreational activities that bring them joy.
Support individuals in building the necessary skills to live independently.
Assist individuals in pursuing higher education.
Be active within the community as you support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
