The Community Impact Director will collaborate with health centers, community organizations, and other community stakeholders to drive health impact by focusing on hypertension and factors impacting chronic disease, such as nutrition and health literacy in our Atlanta, GA market. The individual will work to increase access to quality care and reduce barriers to health by supporting systemic changes and health promotion activities across organizations. This position is a full-time, grant-funded position through 3/31/2027. It is hybrid with a strong in-person presence.
