About The Position

As the Community Impact Coordinator, this is an exciting opportunity to provide essential support across a defined portfolio of programs and services within e4c. Working as a dedicated member of the team, your work will contribute towards achieving e4c’s mission, goals and strategic objectives, while fostering, strengthening, and stewarding meaningful relationships with community members, donors, volunteers, partners, and stakeholders. The Community Impact Coordinator is responsible for coordinating fundraising activities, volunteer engagement initiatives, communications and public relations efforts, and events that support and strengthen the organization’s presence and portfolio of programs. The position acts as a key liaison between program teams and stakeholders, helping to connect community members to impact opportunities, while increasing awareness and support for organizational initiatives. This position balances multiple responsibilities and competing priorities, requiring a high degree of initiative, creativity, flexibility, and attention to detail. The role requires comfort engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept through execution. Our ideal candidate is a relationship-focused, and forward-thinking individual who understands that meaningful impact is rooted in intentional relationships. You are naturally curious, energized by learning, seeking to deeply understand programs, people, and the communities they support. They approach their work with openness and genuine interest, asking thoughtful questions, and continuously seeking opportunities to strengthen understanding, connection, and impact. We’re looking for a candidate with a depth of understanding and practice within the human services sector, who recognizes the complexity and interconnectedness of social issues impacting individuals and communities experiencing poverty. You are a solutions-focused individual, bringing previous experience coupled with a strengths-based, person-centred approach to their work. Most importantly, you demonstrate a deep understanding of the importance of meeting individuals where they are, while fostering the core values of courage, compassion, connection, commitment, and meaningful engagement. If you thrive both in collaborative and independent environments, and value working alongside others to achieve shared outcomes, building trust through authenticity and follow-through, and recognize that successful partnerships require reciprocity, empathy, and ongoing stewardship, you may be the right fit.
