An assistantship at the Jaguars provides an opportunity to explore career interests, acquire marketable job skills, learn about the industry, establish professional contacts, and gain practical "hands-on" experience at the highest level of professional sports. These assistantships offer meaningful educational work experiences designed to meet academic and career goals, with management and staff providing teaching and encouragement. The Community Impact Assistant specifically assists with planning, logistics, and activations for all Jaguars Community Impact initiatives and Jaguars Foundation activations during the 2026/27 season. Requirements

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with youth in sports programs
• Good standing driving record and current driver’s license
• Able to lift up to 50lbs or more
• Comfortable leading and speaking to large groups of youth and adults
• Basic knowledge of football strategy and skill fundamentals
• Basic social media skills and serve as department’s backup photographer
• Well organized and able to multitask
• Strong communication skills, including writing
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities

• Assist and support all Jaguars PREP events (11ON, Fantasy Camp, Gameday Combine, etc.)
• Assist and support all Jaguars Community Impact and NFL initiatives (Crucial Catch, Salute to Service, My Cause My Cleats, etc.)
• Assist and support all Jaguars Foundation fundraising events (5K, Cocktail Party, etc.)
• Game day preparation, including securing all supplies needed, preparing supplies and equipment for game day activations, moving equipment and supplies (kiosks, tables, coolers, combine stations, etc.), and returning items post-game
• Assist with community donations; prepare and distribute and/or mail out care packages, auction items, and other donations
• Manage storage spaces and inventories of various items
