Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming, inspiring and saving lives in the Palm Beaches and 70 countries around the world. Each year, Jewish Federation inspires thousands of community members to contribute, volunteer and participate in programs that generate more than $30 million to leading a powerful impact in the community. JFPBC seeks a Community Impact and Planning Associate to join the Community Strategy and Planning (CSP) department, with a primary focus on impact evaluation of Federation-funded programs and initiatives, alongside support for the department's broader community planning and allocations functions. This entry-level role is a great fit for someone who is analytically minded and detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, tracking outcomes, and translating numbers into clear takeaways while also enjoying the relationship-building and coordination side of community planning work. Reporting to the Director of Community Strategy and Planning and working closely with the Community Impact Analyst, the Associate will help collect, organize, and analyze program data; support the evaluation of Federation's programmatic investments; and assist with committee logistics and allocations materials.
