About The Position

This is a part-time contractual position with the Caroline County Health Department. The main purpose of this role is to assist with making care coordination calls to clients enrolled in the Babies Born Healthy Program, accompany the program RN on home visits, perform outreach and education related to the Babies Born Healthy Program and other health department programs. Additionally, the position may involve answering the main phone line, taking messages, and making appointments for clients in the front clerical office.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
• No experience required.
• Candidates may substitute experience providing assistance to individuals in a health care or social services setting on a year-for-year basis for the required education.
• Possession of a motor vehicle operator's license valid in the State of Maryland may be required for certain duties.

Responsibilities
