About The Position

Country Club at The Meadows Apartments is seeking a Community Groundskeeper. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in maintaining the appearance of the community and enjoys staying active throughout the workday. Responsibilities

Maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of community grounds and common areas
Picking up litter and debris throughout the property
Keeping sidewalks, parking areas, breezeways, and other exterior areas clean
Assisting with basic landscaping and grounds maintenance
Maintaining pool and recreational areas
Cleaning and preparing common areas for residents and prospective residents
Assisting the maintenance team with projects and apartment turns as needed
Identifying and reporting maintenance or safety concerns
Helping ensure the community remains clean, attractive, and well maintained
Performing physically active work outdoors in varying weather conditions
