About The Position

Gaines Investment Trust is seeking individuals for future Groundskeeper opportunities at Woodlake Apartments. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in maintaining the appearance of the community and enjoys staying active throughout the workday. The role is ideal for dependable individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy working outdoors, and like seeing the results of a job well done, even if they are new to property management. Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, maintenance, construction, janitorial, or similar hands-on experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of community grounds and common areas
Picking up litter and debris throughout the property
Keeping sidewalks, parking areas, breezeways, and other exterior areas clean
Assisting with basic landscaping and grounds maintenance
Maintaining pool and recreational areas
Cleaning and preparing common areas for residents and prospective residents
Assisting the maintenance team with projects and apartment turns as needed
Identifying and reporting maintenance or safety concerns
Helping ensure the community remains clean, attractive, and well maintained
Performing physically active work outdoors in varying weather conditions
