CIC St. Louis is seeking a Community & Facilities Operations Manager to oversee both facilities operations and community engagement for its innovation campus. This role combines property management and facilities maintenance with community operations and client services. The ideal candidate will have strong managerial experience in both operational and client-facing capacities, ensuring the seamless operation and enhancement of office and lab spaces while fostering a dynamic and engaged community environment. The role involves leading a team to ensure efficient operation, maintenance, and client service for CIC’s South Sarah Street location, overseeing building systems, office setups, client interactions, and community initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the manager will be responsible for team development, collaboration with stakeholders, and maintaining a well-functioning space and supported client community.
