In this role, you’ll connect with clients during and after class to: Learn about their experience and goals Build genuine rapport and community Recommend membership options that fit their needs Onboard new members and help them maximize their experience You’ll also support the in-studio experience by capturing social media content during class and helping maintain our welcoming, high-energy vibe.

Requirements

Loves talking to people and building relationships
Is persuasive, articulate, and confident
Thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment
Is values-driven and passionate about helping others feel confident
Reliable smartphone required
Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

Has customer service and/or sales experience
Reliable laptop is ideal, but not required
