About The Position

We’re looking for a Community Engagement Coordinator to join our team at Jasper, a picturesque mountainside community in Prescott Valley with modern architecture, thoughtfully designed neighborhoods, and a strong focus on healthy, connected living. At the center of the community is J Club, a private membership club offering resort-style amenities, social activities, and dining experiences. In this role, you’ll help bring the Jasper experience to life by supporting resident programs and events, keeping communications and calendars organized, and providing thoughtful, welcoming service to residents and guests. You’ll also help navigate resident questions and concerns, including situations that require professionalism, composure, and clear communication. If you’re organized, personable, comfortable juggling different priorities, and enjoy being part of the day-to-day energy of a community, we’d love to meet you.

  • Genuine interest in creating positive resident and stakeholder experiences.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays based on community needs.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and being on your feet for extended periods.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
  • Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation for occasional off-site programs, meetings, or supply pickups.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of resident programs and events, including welcome programs, volunteer opportunities, clubs, groups, and signature events.
  • Help coordinate the annual engagement calendar and maintain the J Club calendar, identifying potential scheduling conflicts.
  • Assist with event registration, program materials, and other details that help events and activities run smoothly.
  • Support initiatives designed to strengthen resident connection, participation, and sense of community.
  • Provide current program and event information for upcoming resident communications.
  • Manage event registration and calendar systems along with informational and reference materials.

  • Respond to questions and concerns with patience, professionalism, and follow-through.
  • Address situations where residents may not be following community policies through clear communication and education.
  • Manage escalated interactions calmly while working toward a positive resolution.
  • Work closely with the Jasper Community Life team and broader Cohere team to share information and support community priorities.
