The role involves co-delivering training on substance use, harm reduction, and restorative prevention, adapting training content, and providing assistance to community partners. It also includes building relationships with youth-serving organizations and schools, representing the program at outreach events, and serving as a point of contact for the Youth Prevention Advisory Board (YPAB). The role also supports the YAB and coping skills activities, and involves administrative duties such as participating in meetings, supporting fiscal activities, tracking participation, gathering data for reports, and fulfilling grant requirements. All positions at BPHC are expected to contribute to becoming an antiracist organization.
