Since our founding, we’ve constantly sought to find new ways to pursue greater economic justice: from providing fair and affordable loans, to working with partners to demand that lawmakers change unjust policies. We are seeking a Community Engagement Associate to join our Durham, NC team! The Community Engagement Associate will aid the organization's community engagement activation strategies. They will provide support to credit union and lines of serve outreach staff with data reporting and analysis and developing support materials. They will serve as developer and administrator of the Community Engagement intranet website. Successful candidate will help evaluate program offerings on an ongoing basis and ensures the development of partnership frameworks to reduce management burden and optimize value to members, potential members, and partners. This individual will support our headquarters strategy by collaborating with mission-aligned organizations, including nonprofits, for-profits, faith-based groups, and community development departments.
