About The Position

Centerforce is seeking a Community Employment Specialist – Job Developer to help individuals with disabilities secure meaningful community-based employment. This field-based role focuses on job development, employer outreach, and early-stage employment support while working closely with internal teams to ensure services align with each client's goals and abilities. The position requires regular travel throughout Pierce, King, and Thurston Counties. Mileage is reimbursed in accordance with agency policy. Flexibility for evening and weekend hours is required.

Requirements

• AA or Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Knowledge of local labor markets and job development practices
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• A valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle
• Good driving record
