About The Position
Centerforce is seeking a Community Employment Specialist – Job Developer to help individuals with disabilities secure meaningful community-based employment. This field-based role focuses on job development, employer outreach, and early-stage employment support while working closely with internal teams to ensure services align with each client's goals and abilities.
Requirements
- AA or Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge of local labor markets and job development practices
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- A valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
- Good driving record
