About The Position

This position provides psychosocial treatment facilitation to assist patients in developing community living and vocational skills. The role focuses on assessing patients' living skills, completing job readiness evaluations, developing client job-placement plans, learning employer job skills, duties, and expectations, breaking down jobs into manageable components, training clients to perform job duties, and providing on-site supervision and support for the client.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a human services or business field such as human resources, marketing, business administration, business management, healthcare management, or public administration from an appropriately accredited institution; OR Associate’s degree in a human services or business field from an appropriately accredited institution and two years of directly related work experience; OR High school or General Educational Development (GED) and four years of directly related work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be willing to obtain CDL to meet programming needs upon hire.
  • Applicant must successfully complete all required initial one-time trainings, Trauma Informed Care training, and hospital/clinical orientations.
  • Successful annual completion of hospital training, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NCI) training, discipline specific trainings, and required departmental training.
  • Successful completion of CPR certification every two years as well as any just-in-time training related to changes in hospital/departmental policies and/or corrective actions.
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment drug testing and criminal record background checks.
  • Must adhere to the facility's Vaccination Policy.

  • Ability to complete an initial patient work assessment as well as ongoing assessments when needed.
