Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of property management experience, preferably in affordable housing, with strong knowledge of HUD guidelines.
Exceptional interpersonal skills for building relationships with employees, residents, and vendors.
Outstanding verbal and written communication paired with a solution-oriented mindset.
Leadership and customer service skills that inspire trust and accountability.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Onesite/Real Page software (preferred).

Responsibilities

Leading all aspects of property management, including leasing, collections, tenant relations, and move-in/out processes.
Supervising and motivating on-site staff to deliver top-tier service.
Overseeing maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of work orders and high-quality unit preparation.
Maintaining accurate records in property software (OneSite) and preparing all required reports, including HUD compliance documentation.
Communicating effectively with residents, applicants, owners, and senior management.
Enforcing lease terms and community rules, including handling evictions when necessary.
Preparing for and overseeing Management and Occupancy Reviews (MORs) and REAC inspections.
