About The Position

As the Community Director, you will oversee all aspects of property operations for Carmel, a beautiful Lewis community in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. You will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing and management programs that maintain optimum occupancy levels, drive income, supervise staff, and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of property management experience with supervisory responsibilities
  • Strong financial insight with experience managing budgets and financial reports
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of landlord/tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, and HAP programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and property management software
  • Valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide consistent leadership to Leasing, Maintenance, and Groundskeeping staff
  • Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and property marketing initiatives
  • Hire, motivate, train, monitor, and reward employees
  • Review and analyze reports, variances, occupancy levels, and market trends
  • Ensure and promote consistent resident satisfaction and retention
  • Utilize OneSite and MS Office (Word, Excel) to manage operations efficiently
