About The Position

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is seeking a Part-Time Multi-Site Community Director with Affordable Housing experience to join their team. This role will oversee communities at Mount Joy Senior Housing and East High Village Apartments. The position involves managing teams, processing Tax Credit and Rural Development leases, and providing excellent customer service. PMI is a stable, growing, employee-owned company with over 55 years in business.

Requirements

• Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry.
• Prior affordable experience (Tax Credit, Rural Development preferred).
• Yardi experience preferred.
• PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and administrative process.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Valid PA Drivers License and reliable insured, transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Nice To Haves

• A valid PA Real Estate License is preferred, but not required. We will pay for you to get one!

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of the properties.
• Manage staff.
• Comply with Federal, State and Local programs.
• Manage capital improvement projects.
• Rent collection.
• Budget oversight and expense control.
• Processing applications and recertifications.
• Customer service- work order requests, communications, etc.
• Data entry.
• Weekly and Monthly reporting.
