About The Position

Lotus is building the future of primary care with AI, backed by Kleiner Perkins and CRV. We've found real product market fit and are growing fast, combining clinical rigor with a product experience that actually feels human. Now we're building out the team to match that momentum, and the people we hire now will shape what Lotus looks and feels like for years to come.

We're looking for someone who's built a community from scratch and watched people keep coming back. You've run a run club, a women's circle, a field program, or an ambassador program that people showed up to again and again, and you know how to grow meaningful attendance. You're already plugged into the LA wellness scene and have real relationships to call on.

You know what it takes to run engaging events end to end: venue, flow, follow-up, street teams when it's time to scale. You can turn a first-time attendee into someone who brings three friends next time.

This is a founding role on our new LA office team. You'll build the in-person community of power users that everything else grows from.

Requirements

• Built a community from zero with real repeat attendance: a run club, circle, field program, or ambassador program
• Currently embedded in the LA wellness scene, with real relationships across studios, run clubs, and wellness founders
• Owns event logistics end to end: venue, flow, follow-up, and street teams as it scales
• Has built systems that turn attendees into evangelists, not just one-off event turnout
• Naturally warm and outgoing in person, comfortable approaching strangers
