About The Position

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is seeking a full-time Community Director with Affordable Housing experience to join their team at Woodland Manor Apartments in Bethlehem, PA. This role involves overseeing the community team, processing Section 8 leases, and providing excellent customer service. PMI is a growing, employee-owned company with over 55 years in business, managing significant real estate assets and serving numerous customers and clients.

Requirements

• Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry (HUD Section 8, elderly preferred).
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and administrative processes.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Yardi experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

• A valid PA Real Estate License is preferred, but not required. We will pay for you to get one!

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of the property.
• Manage staff.
• Comply with Federal, State and Local programs.
• Manage capital improvement projects.
• Rent collection.
• Budget oversight and expense control.
• Weekly and monthly reporting.
• Processing applications and recertifications.
• Customer service.
• Data entry.
