The Community Development Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the mission of the regional substance use prevention coalition in Monmouth County. This position is responsible for facilitating community engagement, coordinating prevention initiatives, and supporting the operational needs of the coalition. Working closely with the Regional Coordinator or Director, the Community Development Specialist assists in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of coalition activities, including facilitating task forces, organizing public awareness campaigns, and delivering prevention education programming across the region.
