You’ll focus on small businesses located in low-to-moderate income census tracts within the Bank’s CRA assessment areas, targeting businesses with annual revenues under $1 million. This role involves underwriting and originating loans, analyzing cash flows, managing credit exposures, and representing CIBC in community outreach efforts. You’ll build referral networks and collaborate with community partners, entrepreneurial training organizations, and internal teams to drive business growth.
