About The Position
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Community Development Student Intern to support initiatives aimed at enhancing the community. This role offers students hands-on experience in zoning administration, public meeting preparation, writing zoning reports, public presentations, and land planning. The intern will also assist the Community Development Administrator, Zoning Inspector, and Township Planner with daily responsibilities and project duties.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug testing; any job offer will be based on the results of the background and drug testing.
Responsibilities
- Support community-enhancement initiatives.
- Assist with zoning administration.
- Prepare for public meetings.
- Write zoning reports.
- Give public presentations.
- Assist with land planning.
