Community & Developer Manager, Vyro
About The Position
Vyro is Beast Industries' creator-led marketing platform, designed to transform independent creators into a distribution channel for major brands. The platform's initial campaign type, Clipping, involves creators producing short-form content from brand partners' long-form assets for distribution across various social media platforms. Creators are compensated based on views, brands gain native reach, and Vyro facilitates the process. The company has established a large and rapidly growing creator community on Discord and other platforms, with a current focus on enhancing creator engagement and capability. This role is crucial for nurturing this community and ensuring creators are motivated and skilled to participate in new brand campaigns.
Requirements
- Experience running a creator-facing community at scale, ideally from a creator-economy platform (e.g., TikTok Effect House, Instagram/Reels creator programs, Snap Lens, YouTube creator partnerships, Patreon, Twitch, Substack) or a tools-for-creators company.
- Possession of a personal social media presence with a demonstrated ability to engage a community.
- Charismatic, positive, and engaging on camera, comfortable hosting webinars.
- Proficiency in content creation, including editing clips, writing effective captions, and producing short tutorials, with a strong emphasis on using AI tools (e.g., CapCut AI, Opus Clip, ChatGPT) to enhance productivity.
- Willingness to take on diverse and new tasks, viewing ambiguity as an opportunity to build processes from scratch.
- Comfortable operating as a generalist, handling community, content, brand, and product-feedback responsibilities.
- AI-native work approach, with integrated AI tools in content and community workflows and active exploration of new AI tools.

Responsibilities
- Own the Vyro Discord, driving daily engagement, managing channel strategy, and increasing active participation among creators.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for creators, representing the Vyro brand.
- Host educational webinars, AMAs, and office hours covering topics like improving clipping skills and specific campaign requirements.
- Cultivate relationships with top creators and establish pathways for emerging creators to advance.
- Produce educational content, including video tutorials, written guides, and templates, to help creators enhance their skills and earning potential.
- Utilize AI editing and clipping tools to quickly produce sample cuts from long-form assets for brand campaigns, serving as learning examples for the community.
- Maintain a personal social media presence to amplify creators and build a distinct voice.
- Generate excitement within the community for new brand campaign launches, ensuring each launch feels significant.
- Interpret brand briefs into clear, creator-friendly language, identifying key messages and guidelines.
- Track creator engagement with campaigns and provide feedback to the Vyro product and brand teams.
- Act as a credible initial contact for inbound inquiries from small-to-mid-size brands, explaining the platform and qualifying leads.
- Proactively identify and implement improvements for the brand-side inbound process.
