Q2 is seeking a Community & Culture Champion who will embody and promote the Q2 brand both externally and internally. This person's main function will be to develop and drive the strategy and direction ensuring Q2 culture remains authentic to the company mission and founding principles - a strong foundation in giving back to the community and the Financial Institution's we serve. This will include building relationships with community organizations as well as local community giving in all of our locations. The Community and Culture Champion will be responsible to work collaboratively to manage and execute culture and community events as well as with our recruitment team to ensure we are branding and promoting our culture across all prospecting events and initiatives. The successful candidate should be able to work independently and be the sole resource for corporate executives and employees during both the functions and events and planning thereof.
