As the Community Connections YouThrive (CCYT) Program Manager, you'll do more than oversee a program—you'll lead a team dedicated to empowering young adults as they build the skills, confidence, and connections needed to thrive. Requirements

  • Personal lived experience during childhood or adolescence in any of the following: foster care, informal kinship care, homelessness, and/or mandatory family centered systems of care services in the home.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required in social work, psychology, public administration, or a related human services field.
  • Two (2+) years of experience working in non-profit social service agencies.
  • Management experience.
  • Experience working with marginalized communities with an understanding of the barriers that impact underserved communities.
  • Ability to quickly establish rapport and build trust.
  • Adaptable and proactive self-starter who effectively multitasks while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization to meet all objectives and deadlines.
  • Travel required with or without accommodation.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership and oversight for the program, ensuring high-quality, youth-centered services for young adults, ages 17-26, who are currently or formerly involved in the foster care system.
  • Supervises and coaches CCYT Specialists.
  • Supports program development.
  • Monitors performance and outcomes.
  • Fosters strong partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders.
