Community Connections YouThrive (CCYT) Program Manager
About The Position
The Community Connections YouThrive (CCYT) Program Manager provides leadership and oversight for the CCYT program, which serves current and former foster youth, ages 17–26, as they transition from foster care to independent adulthood. The Program Manager oversees program operations, staff supervision and development, quality assurance, program outcomes, and community partnerships while ensuring high-quality services are provided to the young adults we serve. CCYT is a peer-to-peer model, and lived experience helps build trust, credibility, and meaningful connections with young adults. This isn't just a leadership position—it's an opportunity to guide a team making a lasting difference in the lives of young people.
Requirements
- Personal lived experience during childhood or adolescence in foster care, informal kinship care, homelessness, and/or mandatory family-centered systems of care services in the home.
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, public administration, or a related human services field required.
- Two or more years of experience working in nonprofit social service agencies.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to supervise, support, and develop a cohesive team.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail, organization, and program quality.
- Travel required with or without accommodation.

- Master’s degree preferred.
