Community Caretaker
About The Position
Are you looking for a part-time job with flexible hours where you can make your own schedule? Do you enjoy keeping things tidy and cleaning? We are looking for self-motivated candidates who can work as part of a team reporting to the Property Manager to keep our properties looking their best. You will work on-site and you will be responsible for the following: walking around the property and picking up trash vacuuming common areas dusting common areas ensure entry/exit areas are clean and free from debris empty common area waste containers keep outdoor areas such as sidewalks and common areas free from snow and weeds Metes & Bounds Management Company founded in 1973, is a full-service property management company handling all aspects of property management to meet our clients' need. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- have a valid driver's license
- be able to clear a thorough background check
