About The Position

Reproductive Freedom for All and its partners are hiring community canvassers and team leaders to educate Nevada voters about the state of reproductive rights and counter disinformation. The campaign involves door-to-door outreach in Henderson, Nevada. The position offers experience in leadership, communication and advocacy, community outreach and engagement, campaign work, public policy, and social enterprise. Canvassing roles start at $20 per hour, and team leader roles start at $22 per hour. Paid training is offered at $18 per hour. Positions run through November 3, with possibilities for advancement afterward. Shifts run Tuesday through Sunday, 12:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., with full-time and part-time options. Employees must be eligible to work in the United States and provide original, unexpired acceptable documents for I-9 verification upon hire.

Responsibilities

Engage with the public in a friendly and respectful manner.
Deliver a compelling campaign message and collect complete survey answers from voters.
Participate in staff training to improve outreach skills.
Follow the campaign's safety protocols.
For team leaders: Manage a small group of canvassers in the field, check in with them during the day, and debrief with them at the end of the day.
For team leaders: Ensure each canvasser has the materials needed to be successful.
For team leaders: Assist directors with canvasser training and administrative work.
