About The Position

Reproductive Freedom for All is hiring community canvassers and team leaders to educate voters in Nevada about the state of reproductive rights and counter disinformation. The campaign involves door-to-door voter outreach. The role offers experience in leadership, communication and advocacy, community outreach and engagement, campaign work, public policy, and social enterprise. Canvassing positions start at $23 per hour, and team leader positions start at $25 per hour. Paid training is provided at $20 per hour. Employees may receive overtime pay, daily bonuses, sick pay, friend-referral bonuses, and an additional $2 per hour for fluent bilingual speakers. Positions run through November 3, with possibilities for advancement afterward. Shifts are 11:45 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday, with full-time and part-time schedules available. Employees must be eligible to work in the United States and provide original, unexpired documents acceptable for I-9 verification upon hire. Responsibilities

Engage with the public in a friendly and respectful manner.
Deliver a compelling campaign message and collect complete survey answers from voters.
Participate in staff training to improve outreach skills.
Follow campaign safety protocols.
For team leaders: manage a small group of field canvassers by checking in periodically throughout the day and debriefing at the end of the day.
For team leaders: ensure each canvasser has the materials needed to be successful.
For team leaders: assist directors with canvasser training and administrative work.
