Community Canvassers and Team Leaders are being hired to turn out voters in North Carolina ahead of the November 3, 2026 general election. Fluent bilingual speakers may earn an additional $2 per hour. The organization offers overtime pay, driver and shift bonuses, sick pay, and bonuses for friend referrals. Shifts are available from 12 PM to 8 PM, Tuesday through Sunday. Employees may work part-time or full-time. Positions run through November 3, with possibilities for advancement afterward. This role offers experience in leadership, communication and advocacy, community outreach and engagement, campaign work, public policy, and social enterprise. Employees must be eligible to work in the United States and, upon hire, present original, unexpired documents from the Lists of Acceptable Documents to complete I-9 verification. The employer is committed to equity, inclusion, and anti-racism and is an equal opportunity employer.
