About The Position

We operate commercial farms in Ohio, Kentucky, Georgia, Texas, South Carolina, and Colorado, packhouses in Indiana, Virginia, and Washington, and research and development facilities in Arkansas, Israel, and the Netherlands. We've grown significantly through the acquisitions of Kalera and Soli Organic, and we're just getting started. As the Community & Brand Experience Specialist, you are the face of 80 Acres Farms. You’ll bridge the gap between our products and our people by owning how the brand shows up in the physical world. From in-store demos to large-scale events, you ensure every interaction is high-quality, purposeful, and designed to drive brand loyalty.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in consumer experience, brand activation, event marketing, or related field
  • Experience managing vendors, events, or field execution programs
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel for events and activations

Responsibilities

  • Own local market brand execution by ensuring all consumer-facing experiences consistently reflect 80 Acres Farms’ quality and standards
  • Deliver high-impact sampling and activation programs that drive product trial, awareness, and measurable ROI
  • Manage and optimize third-party partners to ensure strong execution, accountability, and continuous improvement in demos and events
  • Lead event and tradeshow execution from planning through on-site delivery, ensuring a polished and effective brand presence
  • Serve as the voice of the consumer by capturing insights, identifying trends, and sharing feedback to improve products and experiences
  • Ensure exceptional consumer engagement by delivering timely, thoughtful responses that strengthen brand trust and loyalty
  • Drive operational excellence in execution across sampling, materials, logistics, and inventory management
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Development, and Sales to align brand experiences with broader commercial strategy
