About The Position

We're seeking a Community Branch Manager I to lead daily operations, drive business growth, and build strong customer and community relationships. This role is ideal for a results-driven banking professional with leadership experience and a passion for service.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of banking experience with leadership/supervisory responsibilities
  • Strong sales, coaching, and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of banking products and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Lead branch operations to achieve growth, revenue, and efficiency goals
  • Drive business development through customer relationships and community involvement
  • Manage and coach branch staff to meet performance and service expectations
  • Partner with Business Bankers to expand customer relationships
  • Represent the bank in the community and participate in local organizations
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations (BSA/AML, OFAC)
  • Resolve complex customer issues and maintain high service standards
