About The Position
We're seeking a Community Branch Manager I to lead daily operations, drive business growth, and build strong customer and community relationships. This role is ideal for a results-driven banking professional with leadership experience and a passion for service.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of banking experience with leadership/supervisory responsibilities
- Strong sales, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of banking products and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Lead branch operations to achieve growth, revenue, and efficiency goals
- Drive business development through customer relationships and community involvement
- Manage and coach branch staff to meet performance and service expectations
- Partner with Business Bankers to expand customer relationships
- Represent the bank in the community and participate in local organizations
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations (BSA/AML, OFAC)
- Resolve complex customer issues and maintain high service standards
