The CBDS Specialist Relief is responsible for working with 1-9 individuals in a community-based day program. This position is a direct service role in which the CBDS Specialist assists individuals with developmental disabilities to access a variety of volunteer and recreational opportunities within their surrounding community. They will also provide a variety of skills training as prescribed in each member’s CBDS plan and ISP. This includes but not limited to career planning, social skill development, resume development, specific skill development, soft skill development, interviewing skills, benefits education, and coordination.
