Abbitt Management, LLC is seeking an experienced candidate to work in our Community Association department. This role involves managing a portfolio of Homeowners Associations (HOAs) and Condo Associations. The ideal candidate will possess good customer service and communication skills, be adept at reviewing financial statements, preparing budgets, and creating monthly reports. Responsibilities include negotiating with contractors, resolving homeowner complaints, communicating with and taking direction from Boards of Directors, and ensuring timely completion of community actions. The role also requires assisting the Board and owners in complying with association and governing documents, and attending evening meetings as required.
