About The Position

Premier Association Management is seeking an experienced and professional Licensed Onsite Community Association Manager (CAM) to oversee the day-to-day operations of a community in the Conway area of Orlando. This is a highly visible, hands-on position for a CAM who enjoys working directly with residents, Board members, vendors, and community partners. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of community association management experience, an active Florida CAM license, and the ability to confidently manage the many moving parts of an onsite community. This position requires someone who is organized, responsive, professional, and comfortable taking ownership of the property's operations. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted resource to the Board and community while ensuring that the property is maintained to a high standard and that residents receive exceptional service. This is a full-time onsite position requiring 40+ hours per week.

Requirements

• Active Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) license required.
• 3–5 years of community association management experience preferred.
• HOA and/or condominium management experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of community association operations, governing documents, and Florida CAM regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with internal teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and community association management software.
• Professional and approachable demeanor when interacting with residents, Board members, vendors, and contractors.
• Ability and willingness to work onsite 40+ hours per week.

This individual should have the confidence to work directly with a Board, the professionalism to handle difficult resident situations, and the organizational skills necessary to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and management of the assigned community.
• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for residents, Board members, vendors, contractors, and community stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with the Board of Directors and homeowners.
• Attend, prepare for, and facilitate Board meetings, annual meetings, committee meetings, and other association meetings as needed.
• Prepare meeting agendas, management reports, correspondence, and other association documentation.
• Implement Board-approved decisions, policies, and directives.
• Respond promptly and professionally to homeowner questions, concerns, service requests, and complaints.
• Coordinate and oversee vendors, contractors, maintenance providers, and other service partners.
• Monitor the condition of the property and coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, inspections, and larger projects.
• Review vendor proposals and assist the Board with vendor selection and contract management.
• Follow up with vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed properly and within expected timelines.
• Enforce association rules, regulations, governing documents, and policies consistently and professionally.
• Assist with association financial oversight, including reviewing invoices, expenses, budgets, and financial reports.
• Assist with annual budget preparation and assessment-related activities.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and community files.
• Communicate effectively with Premier Association Management's internal accounting and management teams.
• Identify potential issues proactively and communicate recommended solutions to the Board and appropriate internal personnel.
• Ensure the community operates in accordance with applicable Florida laws, governing documents, and company policies.
• Maintain a professional and visible management presence onsite.
• Perform additional duties as necessary to support the successful operation of the community.
